As an ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and ASP (Application Service Provider) in the area of exchange access and trading front-ends, tick-TS is one of the leading providers in this field with thousands of installations of its core product, the innovative trading platform TradeBase MX, with over 60 institutional customers and several million transactions per day, and cooperates with national and international banks.

Our company headquarters with now almost 30 employees is located in the heart of Düsseldorf on Berliner Allee.

We are looking for an employee in our back office as office specialist/office manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible. Gladly also career starters! Your experienced handling of MS Office applications is very important to us.


Your Profile

  • You are very experienced in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You have a commercial apprenticeship, completed training, business studies or similar
  • You enjoy dealing with people and like to work in a team
  • You are able to prioritize and keep track of deadlines and time limits
  • Good written and spoken English
  • You may have already gained experience in a company with a technical background - but this is not a prerequisite as long as you are interested in it
  • Maybe you even have a knack for design and layout (presentations, flyers)
  • You show initiative and are motivated to learn new things
  • Confidentiality and reliability are self-evident to you


Your Tasks

  • Customer correspondence, processing customer inquiries
  • Appointment organization, travel bookings and coordination
  • Preparation of presentations and meetings
  • Administrative tasks, event planning
  • Close cooperation with management and sales
  • Preparation of offers and contracts
  • Preparation of invoices after project completion
  • Taking minutes in internal and external meetings
  • Maintenance of CRM system: master data, documents, products
